1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Clothing items must have original tags attached

- Gift cards
- Customized products
3. Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product
- Notify you of approval or rejection
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Damaged items
Subject to availability.
6. Additional Return & Refund Guidelines
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Please note that certain products — such as swimwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, and final sale/clearance items — are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return, email support@joomfashion.org with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product, missing items), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, size issue, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Once the returned product arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.
