1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Clothing items must have original tags attached

  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized products

3. Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product
  • Notify you of approval or rejection
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Damaged items
